Hristo is one of our long term cooperation customer who comes from an oilfield oil extractor machinery company in Washington, USA. Due to our high quality awareness and efficiency work, he repeated several orders to us. For the first business conversation between us was originated from a fair in USA. Hristo is looking for a sheet metal part manufacturer to make aluminum sheet metal parts for their manufacturing products – oilfield oil extractor, drilling machines, and other oil and gas extraction machinery. He got our company brochure on the fair and came to our booth with our sales.

After introduction of our company and the knowing more about his demands, Hristo find out that we are in line with his choice. We exchanged contact information to each other.

During the several discussions between sheet metal fabrication engineers, sales and customer, we decided the material to be aluminum 5052 and surface finishing is polishing.

After payment done, we sent the aluminum 5052 sample as well as material certificates and physical property data sheet to customer by air to USA as always. Everything is going well. We began to arrange bulk volume fabrication of aluminum sheet metal.

In this case, we took large stroke CNC machine to make the processing as below:

Rough machined the contour, precision machining the radius, drilling, chamfering, ensure planarity, perpendicularity, symmetry, local tolerance can be 0.01mm, perpendicularity and planarity can be controlled to 0.01mm. Finally, we took use of polishing to handle the sheet metal parts.

From receiving order to shipping, we only spent 15 days for 120 sets of aluminum sheet metal parts fabrication and quality assurance. Our customer was satisfied with the quality of final sheet metal products, and repeated orders in a long time.
