Karan is one of our customers who is an engineer from electromechanical equipment company in the US. Our first meeting is in a fair on March 2021, he was looking for CNC precision machining service provider for his new design for aerospace. According to his demands, our sales provided a simple solution as well as quotation for him. Due to our rich experience in CNC precision machining, Karan made a deposit payment on the fair to get cheaper quotation for the order after fair.

Therefore, our customer sent us CAD file and other questions by email after fair. After several discussion between our expert and customer, we decided to use aluminum 6061-T6 material for this CNC machined parts. Before processing, we sent the aluminum 6061-T6 sample material, material certification and physical property data sheet to our customer by air.

After the material and its technical data sheet being approved by customer, we began to arrange low volume manufacturing for this 180 sets precision CNC machined parts for electronic instruments. We took the below process for this fabrication:

Rough machined the aluminum 6061-T6 contour, precision machining the radius, drilling, chamfering, ensure planarity, perpendicularity, symmetry, local tolerance can be 0.01mm, perpendicularity and planarity can be controlled to 0.01mm. For the surface treatment, we took use of toning, painting, silk screen branding and laser coding.

After the whole process, the CNC machined part featured high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, tight tolerance, critical dimension.

After 3 weeks from receiving the order, we shipped the 180 sets aluminum CNC machined parts to USA by FedEx. As we expected, the customer tested these parts and was very satisfied with the quality, and repeated order soon.
