25 Sets Customized 304 Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Chassis For Electrolyte Analyzer in Roswell, USA

On December 6^th 2019, RMT got the first sheet metal order for medical system from Harry. L. He is a medical system devices developer, looking for custom sheet metal manufacturer to make the stainless steel sheet metal chassis for his medical test kit, electrolyte analyzer in the fair. Luckily, our extensive sheet metal experience and good industry reputation caught Harry’s attention.

After the fair, Harry accepted our quotation according to the CAD file, as well as made the order.

This order is 25 sets custom sheet metal parts for electrolyte analyzer. We sent the 304 stainless steel sample material as well as material certificates and physical property data sheet to customer by air before processing. After curtained everything, we start to arrange bulk volume manufacturing.

Process:

Rough machining contour, fine machining radius, drilling, chamfering, ensure planarity, perpendicularity, symmetry, local tolerance can be 0.01mm, perpendicularity and planarity can be controlled to 0.01mm.

post-processing: sandblasting, electroplating

From receiving order to shipping, we only took 2 weeks. 25 sets sheet metal chassis are perfectly to match the electrolyte analyzers. Thus, we acquired an old customer again, built a long term cooperation business.
