Anioke is a famous designer who comes from a medical equipment company in DK. He was searching for a reliable CNC precision machining service provider to customize 100 sets control panel aluminum alloy frame for monitor, touchpad, surgical system, Oxygen concentrator. Due to our internet marketing ability on the web, Anioke found RMT on the web and sent an inquiry to our sales, and attached with CAD file.

After getting the email, our sales contact customer quickly, and also sent the CAD file to our CNC machining expert in our factory, ensure the material and technologies according to customer’s demands. After several round discussions, we finalized the details with customer, then made the final solution as well as the quotation. Anioke was satisfied with our final solution and accepted the quotation as well.

After payment done, we sent the aluminum 6061 sample material, material certification as well as physical property data sheet to our customer by air for approval. Everything going well, the customer asked us to arrange production as soon as possible.

About the process, we took the following technology:

Rough machined the contour, precision machining the radius, drilling, chamfering, ensure planarity, perpendicularity, symmetry, local tolerance can be 0.01mm, perpendicularity and planarity can be controlled to 0.01mm.

About the post process, we took sandblasting & oxidation for the aluminum parts.

It took two weeks from receiving order to finishing the whole fabrication and arranging the shipment. After receiving the goods, the customer tested them and was very satisfied with the quality and finishing of the product, and thinking of build a closer business relationship with RMT.
