About the processing, we adopt technology as below:

Rough machined the aluminum 6061 contour, precision machining the radius, drilling, chamfering, ensure planarity, perpendicularity, symmetry, local tolerance can be 0.01mm, perpendicularity and planarity can be controlled to 0.01mm. For the surface treatment, the surface of the light knife processing is smooth, and the precision is guaranteed without grinding.

After production was done, we sent them to USA by Fedex. The whole process from getting order to shipment, we only took 3 weeks, save a lot of time for our customer to continue their project.
