In a fair on June 20201, SK is looking for a customized sheet metal service for his entertainment device ( lottery instrument, gambling system, gambling device ), which required stainless steel 304 material. Fortunately, as an experienced customized sheet metal manufacturer & supplier, RMT also joined this fair, and caught the eyes of SK. About the processing, we took technology as below.

Rough machined the contour, precision machining the radius, drilling, chamfering, ensure planarity, perpendicularity, symmetry, local tolerance can be 0.01mm, perpendicularity and planarity can be controlled to 0.01mm. Finally, we took use of polishing, powder coating to handle the rough final sheet metal product.

After 100 sets stainless steel sheet metal parts manufacturing done and every parts being carefully checked, we shipped them to USA by FedEx.
