In this case, our product is sheet metal LED lampshade, which made of aluminum 5052, used to hang the LED light on the ceiling. We received this order from a fair in Jun 2021.

Zick is a famous LED lamp designer in California, USA; started to looking for a sheet metal manufacturer to achieve his new design on EUROGUSS Mexico fair 2021, we meet each other on the fair. After detailed conversation on our booth, Zick was optimistic with our professional knowledge and high quality awareness.

Before manufacturing, we send the aluminum 5052 sample material, and data sheet to USA by DHL. In June 21th, 2021, Zick approved the material and other details, then made the payment for bulk production.

We rough machined the contour, precision machining the radius, drilling, chamfering, ensure planarity, perpendicularity, symmetry, local tolerance can be 0.01mm, perpendicularity and planarity can be controlled to 0.01mm. Finally, we took use of polishing, powder coating to handle the rough final LED lampshade sheet metal product.
